I build automation systems and custom software for founders — and I spend just as much time on the part most builders avoid: selling it. Offers, pricing, outreach, follow-up. I didn't come from sales. I learned it because good work doesn't move on its own, and watching a build sit unused is a worse feeling than losing a deal.
MY APPROACH
Every build starts with the outcome, not the tool. I find what will actually pay for itself, then work backward to the smallest system that gets there. Same logic on the sales side — I don't pitch, I diagnose. Once it ships, it's documented well enough that your team can run it, change it, or resell it without me in the loop.
